End to End Encryption For Powered Devices

End-to-End Encryption was activated on powered devices (Ring Pros, Floodlight and Spotlight Cams, etc.) in error from 11:00 AM to 11:20 AM Pacific time. As a result, this feature was enabled but not working properly on devices setup during this time. This was corrected, however you may have trouble with viewing videos if you set your device up during that time. We are working to correct the devices that inherited the wrong settings. If you do not want to wait, simply removing the device from the device settings page and then setting the device up again will correct the incorrect settings that were applied. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and will continue to correct this error.
