Identified - We have identified an issue causing Ring Smart Lighting devices in a Light Group to produce an error message and not respond when toggled from the Light Group in the Ring app. The Light Group will also not trigger from a linked device.

Investigating - We have identified that some password reset emails through the Ring apps or Ring.com website are not processing. This will prevent password reset requests to being receiving via email at this time. We are investigating and working to restore functionality as soon as possible and will provide updates as they become available.
